Feature announcement videos

A feature video shows what a customer can do with a new capability. Existing users usually need less introduction to the product, so the video can spend more time on the changed workflow.

These scenes use Relay, a fictional product from our example library. Click any one to play it with sound.

The change needs to be visible.

Use the same task to compare the old and new workflows. If a feature removes a manual copy-and-paste step, show that step first, then show how the new workflow replaces it.

Both sides begin with the same bike-stock question.
