These terms govern use of 20cuts (the “Service”), operated by Idyllic Labs. By submitting a product URL or purchasing a video you agree to them.
The service
Candidate boards are provided free of charge, watermarked, for evaluation only. Purchasing a tier buys production of one finished video from the direction you picked, with the deliverables, revision rounds, and turnaround stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Payment and refunds
Payment is 100% upfront via Stripe. Included revision scope: wording, pacing, color, and asset swaps. New scenes, new features, or a new thesis are change orders, quoted before work begins. Refund terms to be finalized in legal review.
Your materials
You warrant that you have the rights to the product, brand assets, and claims you submit. You license us to use them to produce your video. Finished, paid-for videos are yours; we may list your company as a client and, with your permission, include the work in our portfolio.
