Reality Contact LLC operates 20cuts, a library of downloadable motion projects. These terms describe library membership and preserve the terms of earlier purchases and commissioned projects.
Your account and agent access
A free account uses your verified email address and a one-use sign-in link. Signing in does not start a paid subscription. Keep your sign-in links, browser session, and agent credentials private. You can sign out or revoke an agent connection from your account.
The optional local MCP connector can search the library, read materials your account can access, and download a selected pack into your configured product workspace. Its token cannot purchase a subscription or manage billing. Your coding agent separately adapts and renders the local project; you remain responsible for reviewing the output and the rights to your supplied materials.
The open-source animation system
The 20cuts video animation system and local connector source are MIT-licensed. They require no paid membership. Cancellation or a refund does not revoke these MIT grants. Dependencies, fonts, and any required Remotion license have separate terms.
Motion library membership
The motion library costs $12 USD per month and renews monthly until you cancel. Verified payment unlocks the member prompts, guides, and downloadable packs shown in the gallery. Free packs require no membership. Membership is access to downloadable materials, not custom video production or a hosted video generator.
You may cancel renewal through Manage subscription in your account. Earlier memberships can still use billing controls on their private access pages. Access continues through the verified paid period, then future member downloads close. Packs downloaded during paid coverage retain their included usage license after cancellation. A refund reversing the payment covering a download ends the 20cuts license for that download. Third-party rights are governed separately by their own licenses.
Each pack identifies setup requirements and asset restrictions. AI tools, any required Remotion license, and hosted rendering are separate. We do not promise a schedule or quantity of future packs. Earlier Creation System purchases
The 20cuts Creation System is a one-time digital purchase at $29.99 USD. It includes the source projects, example films, written lessons, and guided prompts described on the product page at purchase. After Stripe confirms payment, your original private access link provides the files and included lessons. Save that link so you can return to your purchase; creating a new gallery account does not replace an earlier purchase link.
Your purchase includes ongoing use of the included files under their license. Future products and releases are separate unless explicitly included with your purchase. The product page describes setup requirements before checkout. AI tools, any required Remotion company license, hosted rendering, and custom production are separate.
30-day money-back guarantee
If the system is not useful to you, request a refund through our billing contact form within 30 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout or your receipt so we can find the order. We will refund the full purchase price to the original payment method. A full refund ends access to the purchased materials and their commercial-use license. Nothing in these terms limits your applicable consumer rights.
Our commercial license describes permitted uses. For help opening your purchase or using a download, contact support. Customers with an existing recurring plan can use Manage billing on their private access page to update payment details or cancel renewal under that plan’s terms.
Requests and previews
Submitting a request does not place an order or require payment. We review your product and goal, confirm whether the project fits, and discuss a preview. A preview is for evaluating the proposed work; you need our written permission to publish it. Public examples may include self-initiated work, which does not imply that the featured company commissioned or endorsed it.
Scope and payment
Before you buy, we provide a proposal covering the video, deliverables, price, payment terms, schedule, and review rounds. Production begins under those agreed terms. The proposal states any cancellation or refund terms before payment. A request or preview does not promise a fixed number of videos or a particular turnaround.
Review and changes
We revise the video using your feedback within the agreed scope and review rounds. Changes to the story, additional scenes, or new deliverables may require a revised scope and price. We obtain your agreement before doing that additional work.
Your materials
You must have permission to provide the brands, screenshots, footage, recordings, and other materials you supply for your project. You authorize us to use those materials to prepare the preview and produce the agreed video. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of product claims during review. We may decline work that misrepresents a product, infringes someone’s rights, or is unlawful.
Delivery and commercial use
The proposal identifies the files you receive and the rights to use them. Our commercial license explains the distinction between the finished video, third-party assets, and editable project files. We ask for permission before identifying you as a client or showing commissioned work in our portfolio.
Business results
We do not promise a particular number of views, signups, or sales. Those outcomes depend on your product, audience, distribution, and other factors beyond video production.
