Reality Contact LLC operates 20cuts. This policy describes the information we use to respond to requests, deliver digital purchases, and manage library membership. Records for earlier commissioned work remain covered by this policy.
Information you provide
We collect the contact details, product URL, project goals, audience, and notes you submit. The contact form also collects the topic and message you send us. If you provide screenshots, recordings, brand assets, or other project materials, we use them to evaluate and produce the work you request. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated personal information in the intake form.
Accounts and sign-in
We store your verified email address, account reference, and creation date. Sign-in uses an emailed, one-use link that expires after 15 minutes. Email delivery records contain the link and delivery status so failed sends can be retried. A necessary, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out invalidates that session.
We store hashed session credentials and their expiry and revocation records. To limit repeated sign-in attempts, we also retain request counts and keyed, hashed network identifiers. These security records are separate from optional site analytics.
Agent connections
When you create an agent connection, we store its name, token hash, creation and expiry dates, last-use time, and revocation status. The secret token is shown once. It expires after 90 days unless revoked sooner, and each protected request checks your current access.
The local connector sends its token and requested template references to 20cuts. It can read authorized prompts and guides and save a verified pack in your configured local workspace. The connector does not upload your product source, screens, or recordings. Your coding agent’s handling of those local files is governed by the agent service and settings you choose.
Purchases and billing
We store purchase references, the purchased release, payment status, your checkout email, account association where applicable, and the information needed to provide your downloads and lessons. Stripe collects checkout contact and payment details. We use the checkout email to deliver your private access link and help with your purchase. We use a short-lived checkout cookie to keep retries attached to the same checkout. After payment, a private access cookie identifies your purchase in this browser. We verify paid access before opening purchased files and lessons. For recurring plans, we also retain plan and paid-period information needed to manage access and billing. Keep private access links to yourself.
Site and project activity
We measure page visits, example plays, free-starter clicks, questions opened, and checkout activity using our own site. A random visit reference stays in browser memory and resets on a full page reload; analytics does not use cookies or browser storage. We record page paths and campaign labels, not form contents, private access links, full referring URLs, or IP addresses in these analytics events. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this optional activity tracking.
When you begin checkout, the visit reference and source labels can accompany the purchase so we can measure which pages lead to sales. Verified payment and refund records remain necessary to deliver and support your purchase. We can associate activity on a private project link with that project. Our hosting providers also process technical information needed to operate the site.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a preview and proposal, manage production and review, deliver files, and maintain project and payment records. Site activity helps us understand which examples and pages are useful.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, storage, email, video production, payment processing, and site analytics. Those services receive the information needed for their part of the work. Stripe handles payment details when you pay through Stripe; we do not store your full card number. We do not sell your personal data.
We email requested sign-in links, membership access notices, digital purchase access links, and messages about your request or any project you commission. These service messages are separate from optional marketing follow-ups. You can ask us to stop optional follow-ups by replying to an email or contacting us below.
Retention and requests
We keep account, access, delivery, payment, and project records while providing the service and afterward for support and business records. An expired or revoked credential stops working; its record is not automatically deleted at that time. Contact us to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to retain records associated with payments or other legal obligations.
