This policy describes what Idyllic Labs collects when you use 20cuts, and why.
What we collect
- What you submit: your email, product URL, and the answers on the intake form.
- First-party view events: when a board, candidate clip, teaser, or review page you were sent is opened or watched, we record it, tied to the link’s token. This is how the product works — boards and follow-ups are driven by what you actually watched.
What we don’t do
- No sale of personal data.
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- Three follow-up emails at most after a board is sent, then we stop.
Placeholder sections
Data retention windows, processor list (Stripe, hosting, email), regional rights (GDPR/CCPA), and contact mechanics are flagged for human legal review before launch.
